FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to rolling mills for spaced rolling. Rolling and forging mill has stand of rolls, working rolls with start and calibration parts each mounted in stand for turning on eccentric shaft and provided with hinge and drive of rolls. Hinges of opposite rolls of mill are put on common axis and are displaced with reference to rolling axis. Movement of rolls of this mill provides for capture, reduction and movement of billet with rotation of eccentric shafts to ensure gradual growth of area of deformation point which enables frequency of unit feed of billet to be raised and consequently productivity of mill to be increased. This makes it possible to use given mill of proposed design in mix of casting and rolling modules. EFFECT: simplified design and increased productivity of mill. 2 dwg
