FIELD: textile industry; manufacture of nonwovens, particular, needle-punching machines. SUBSTANCE: needle-punching machine has mechanism feeding lap, forming conveyer, needle-punching appliance and mechanism receiving finished material. Forming conveyer consists of cantilever frame on which four pairs of shafts are installed. Internal shafts are secured to the frame by both ends, and external shafts are pressing the internal ones and are secured with their one end to the frame, and with the other end, to the bracket which is installed coaxially to frame and embracing it. Axes of shafts are parallel and inclined to frame axis at same angle. Ends of internal shafts carry two pulleys each, and shafts are interconnected by belts. Needle- punching appliance consists of shaft installed on frame axle. Shaft has two annular grooves inclined to shaft axis at similar but mutually opposite angles. Accommodated in annular grooves are bearings with axle secured in bushings installed on cylindrical guides fastened to shaft bearing bodies with eccentricity similar in value but diametrically opposite in direction. Each bushing is hinged to levers, the other end of levers is also hinged to needle board. The number of boards corresponds to the number of shaft pairs. Mechanism receiving finished material is made in two versions. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 7 dwg
