FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing secondary thermoplastic raw materials, for example used plastic bottles or food plastic, by means of pressing and cutting it into narrow strips. The web formation is carried out by mixing and pressing the mixed strips of plastic. The subsequent bonding of the formed web by needle-punching is combined with its heat treatment with thermo-contact welding by the battery of current-conductive needles equipped with temperature sensors at a temperature exceeding the thermoplastic melting point by 50-100°. Wherein additional reinforcing and bonding elements are formed in the form of thin strands that are threaded into the openings formed by step-by-step reciprocating movements of the needle-punching machine. The device for the method implementation includes a base frame, a mechanical conveyor and a raw material preparation unit comprising a belt conveyor with lumen-narrowing planes, and a battery of circular blades. The semifinished web material forming unit contains a storage chamber, homogenizer levers, a press, the working planes of which are made in the form of rollers with a conveyor belt and are movably fixed on parallel axes with the possibility of adjusting the gap between the press planes. The pressed material enters the needle-punching machine assembly, comprising a mechanical conveyor with pressure rolls and a metal conductive belt and a battery of current-conductive needles equipped with temperature sensors. The cooling unit is installed autonomously and is connected to the needle-punching machine plate by means of flexible pipes.

EFFECT: regulating the light, water and air permeability properties of the produced non-woven bionic material at the technological process stage, reducing material, labour and energy costs, reducing the environmental contamination with hard-to-destroy thermoplastic household waste, while obtaining a material with a wide range of application fields.
