FIELD: agricultural equipment, in particular, hand-held garden soil tillage tool. SUBSTANCE: soil tillage tool has frame, double- armed levers attached at two sides of longitudinal frame axis, tines with working members attached on one end of levers and retainer on other end of levers. Double-armed levers are mounted on horizontal axis of frame. Sector with retainer receiving openings is mounted on transverse axis of frame. Each tine with working member is mounted on lever through bar provided with device for adjusting tine height and inclination angle. Carrier wheels making rear support are mounted on levers. Tillage tool is equipped with retaining units allowing tillage tool to be converted into wheel barrow for transportation of water tank, bulk material etc. Water tank and body may be secured by retaining and fastening members.
