The assembly consists of frame, leg with shank and screw, conjugated surfaces mode in the form of semi spheres. The bearing disk is fixed on the leg. The spring is installed between the bearing disk and frame. The fixing hooks are made along one axes on the ends of the spring, the said hooks lock respectively onto the grooves of the bearing disk and frame. One end of the spring locks into the fixed ring, and the other is tightly put on the collar of the bearing disk.
