Rotation is provided by torque developed through reactive force of water jet thrown from trunk 2 whose axis 4 is not intersected by rotation axis 5 of trunk 2. Two blades 6,7 are fixed on trunk 2 at the side adjacent to axis of rotation. Arrangement of two blades 6,7 is defined on condition that g>f>e>0.5d; b>h>a>0; K>0, where d is nozzle diameter; K is minimum distance between blades 6,7; b,a,h and b are distances to end e; g,f are distances from axis 4 to end of proximate blade 6, to intersection point between continuation portion of blade 6 and blade 7, to end of second blade 7 proximate to axis of trunk 2.
