FIELD: jet propellers; underwater, surface and air vessel. SUBSTANCE: pulse-jet propeller has working chamber with movable plane and inlet and exit nozzles with articulated plates. Linear engine is located in ship's hull across its axis. Cylinder block is connected by rods extending from ship's hull with tight movable plates for performing reciprocating motion. Movable plates are located in working chambers mounted symmetrically relative to ship's axis on either side and made in form of closed rectangular reservoirs. Nozzles arranged in front and rear portions of working chamber include slots which are formed by horizontal fins and diaphragms vertically mounted between them. Diaphragms are provided with articulated plates so that front nozzle may admit working medium and rear nozzle may discharge this medium when pressure in working chamber changes.
