FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fly propulsors and can be used for air and underwater vehicles. Fly propeller comprises a row of fly mechanisms arranged along the apparatus. Fly mechanisms have master-control discs with slots on the side surface fixed on the drive shaft. Each next disc is turned relative to previous one by a certain angle of 360/n, where n is number of flywheel planes. Slot is inserted into the groove so that it can slide, which is fixed on the lower end of the slider. Latter is located in the channel with the possibility of back-and-forth movements. Upper end of the slider is attached to the side members by means of hinges and con-rods or lever and hinges.

EFFECT: creation of thrust by propulsor due to wave motion of wing planes.
