FIELD: earth-moving machinery; scraper with active rock-breaking parts. SUBSTANCE: scraper has planetary rock-breaking part in the form of several solids of revolution furnished with rock-breaking members. Thus epicycloidal movement of rock-breaking members is provided. Axes of rotation of rock-breaking part and solid of revolution are parallel and are located at a certain angle relative to surface to be broken. Solids of revolution are secured on rock breaking part by means of fasteners spaced relative to each other along part axis not to interfere with rock-breaking process. Pliable resilient coupling is provided between rock-breaking members secured on cams and solids of revolution of working part to prevent transmission of dynamic forces to working part. Rock-breaking parts are secured on scraper frame by means of mechanism providing turning of parts around axle parallel to surface to be broken. This mechanism provides for lifting the parts in travelling position and lacing then at any angle to surface to be broken. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
