FIELD: devices for hole drilling in rocks. SUBSTANCE: drilling device has at least one working tool in the form of body of rotation furnished with rock cutting members. Working tool is installed on axle connected with carrier and connected with drive rod. Axes of working tools are located at an angle smaller than 90 deg to axis of drive rod. The angle vertex faces direction of drilling. Provided in device is means for regulation of the angle between axis of working tool and axis of drive rod and made in the form of supporting tie-rod whose one end is connected with axle of working tool and other end is located on drive rod for moving along it and fixation to it. Carrier is hinged to drive rod and working tool. EFFECT: higher efficiency of drilling due to improved conditions of face cutting and provision of drilling of holes of variable cross-section. 2 cl, 2 dwg
