FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device can be used for drilling holes in rock of medium and high hardness. Crushing members of device are installed on cams connected with bodies of revolution through flexible links which dampen impact and vibration loads, thus protecting structural components of device from these loads. In addition, units of fastening bodies of revolution to body of device are spaced apart relative to drilling axis in different directions. This prevents formation of pillars at center of working and equalizes entire structure of device. Besides, cams with crushing members are installed on working tools so that one row of cams crosses crushing zone of another row. Driving motors are built in directly in bodies of revolution and their fastening units, and energy supplying lines are mounted in fastening units. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 2 dwg
