FIELD: hydroelectric power engineering; wave-energy-to-electricity conversion. SUBSTANCE: plant has anchored pontoon made in the form of catamaran whose hulls are joined together by means of frame. Ends of frame are hinged to two levers carrying floats on ends. Catamaran hull mounts hydraulic pumps. Liquid handled by pumps is fed to turbine-generator set through pressure accumulator. Catamaran hulls and floats accommodate in their bottom part cavity with tray, pipe, and cock for water admission, as well as pipe for water outlet communicating with discharge pump driven by electric motor.
