FIELD: converting wave energy. SUBSTANCE: pontoon is constructed as two interconnected housings. Floats are connected with the pontoon housings by way of pivots and levers. Pumps are pivotally connected with the floats and housings. The floats are arranged outside of the housings interconnected through cantilever submerged so that to be at the water level and plate secured to the floats and having vertical keels, ribs, and inclined plates. Races with openings for receiving the axles of the levers provided with projections are mounted on the cantilevers inside the housings. The pumps are mounted inside the race, the rods of the pumps being connected with projections. The rods pass through and are secured to the races around the openings for receiving the lever axles. The pump cylinders are pivotally connected with the rods. The inner sides of the housing are longer than the outer ones. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
