FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: graphite-containing waste is crushed, titanium and/or aluminium, titanium dioxide and/or silicon dioxide is introduced, mixture is placed in hermetically sealed reactor, and combustion reaction is initiated. Hot product of fusion is condensed in the course of combustion or upon combustion of mixture and passed for burial. Product obtained is dense, thermally- and chemically-resistant, compact ceramic material with firmly fixed radio nuclides. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 cl
