FIELD: television broadcasting. SUBSTANCE: method involves transmission of picture waves and audio signals of television programs in original language through retransmitters to receiving systems of translation center; upon arrival of picture waves and audio signals at translation center receiving systems, original-language television programs are translated simultaneously and voice signals of simultaneous translations are combined into group signal which is transmitted to receiving systems of subscribers; the latter receive group signal, separate simultaneous translation signal of desired program from it, and sum it up with respective audio signal in original language.
