FIELD: transport engineering; multipurpose vehicles; folding mopeds and hand trucks. SUBSTANCE: moped has load-bearing frame which carries engine, fuel tank, handlebar, seat and wheels. Load-bearing frame is formed by three series-connected members first of which serves as steering column installed for turning around its axle through 90 degrees, one of moped wheels being secured on lower end of steering column. Second member connected with first member by means of detachable unit has case for luggage in its central portion. Third member connected by hinge joint carriers seat, engine and second wheel secured in upper, central and lower portions of third member, respectively.
