FIELD: organosilicon compounds, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction of compound of the formula CH2=CR-COOK where R - H, CH3 with compound of the formula in the presence of hydroquinone, at heating to 80-140 C, in medium of polar solvents, at mass ratio of solvent to parental reagents total load (2:1)-(4:1). Yield of synthesized organosilicon acrylates and methacrylates (without stock-taking of initial reagent recovery) is 60-70%. Products can be used for polymerization by high-reactive unsaturated groups to prepare polymers of different structure and showing specific properties. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
