FIELD: measurement of object parameters at automatic production, when it is necessary to perform identification of the next produced object with the standard one. SUBSTANCE: the device has an information surface using discrete components made in the form of a pile of ferromagnetic needles located in parallel with the common vertical guide made of an insulating material. The guide is installed over a horizontal platform intended for installation of the object of measurement; the platform carries an electromechanical drive with a position pickup and insulated flap secured on it and connected to each other; in the closed position the flap is located under the pile of needles; a magnetic core with an excitation winding and measuring winding is installed on the guide of the pile of needles coaxially with it; and the storage devices, whose quantity equals the quantity of needles, represent a unit of counters, whose quantity equals the quantity of needles. The device also uses an amplifier, multiplier unit, divider, three counters, three switches, three linearly-varying voltage generators, sine voltage generator, switch unit, the quantity of switches being equal to the quantity of needles, unit of digital-to-analog converters, whose quantity equals the quantity of needles, unit of AND-gates, whose quantity equals the quantity of needles, four comparators, three reference voltage sources, clock-pulse generator, frequency divider, four decoders, seven AND gates, digital-to-analog converter, two NOT gates three delay units, three flip-flops, three single-shot multivibrators, half-wave rectifier, differentiating unit and storage integrator; the device also uses new couplings. EFFECT: simplified device and expanded functional capabilities due to determination of the identity parameter of objects that do not have a flat shape with an equal area at an equal height. 1 dwg
