FIELD: TV systems, in particular, for contactless measurement of vibration of objects and media and for compensation of vibration blurring of picture. SUBSTANCE: device has two adders, clock oscillator, two saw-tooth voltage generators, frequency divider, second, third and fourth reference voltage sources, two comparators, pulse counter, three decoders, two NOT gates, three AND gates, fourth delay line, OR gate, decoders, rectifier, multivibrator, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth gates, selective filter, fourth voltage meter, three light-emitting diodes. First input of second adder is connected to output of unit which generates signal and drift along Y coordinate. Second input of first adder is connected to output of first saw-tooth voltage generator. Output of first adder is connected to third control input of transmitting TV camera. First input of second adder is connected to output of unit which generates drift along Z coordinate. Second input of adder is connected to output of second saw-tooth voltage generator. Output of second adder is connected to fourth control input of transmitting TV camera. Output of clock oscillator is connected to output of second decoder. Output of clock oscillator is connected to frequency divider, which output is connected to input of saw-tooth voltage generator. Input of saw-tooth voltage generator is connected to output of clock oscillator. Output of clock oscillator is also connected to second input of first gate. Output of second reference voltage source is connected to input of fourth delay line, which output is connected to input of first NOT gate, which output is connected to first input of pulse counter. In addition output of first NOT gate is connected to second input of storing integrator. First, second and third outputs of pulse counter are connected to first, second and third inputs of first, second and third decoders respectively. Output of first decoder is connected to first input of first AND gate which output is connected to first input of OR gate. Output of second decoder is connected to first input of AND gate, which output is connected to second input of OR gate, which output is connected to serial circuit of differential circuit, rectifier and multivibrator. Output of multivibrator is connected to second input of pulse counter. Output of third decoder is connected to first inputs of eighth, ninth and tenth gates, which second inputs are connected respectively to outputs of units which generate drift along X and Y coordinates and output of first amplifier. Outputs of eighth, ninth and tenth gates are connected to tenth, eleventh and twelfth outputs of device. Output of third reference voltage source is connected to first input of first comparator, which second input is connected to output of frequency meter of channel which detects movement characteristics along Y coordinate. Output of first comparator is connected to first input of third AND gate. Output of fourth reference voltage source is connected to first input of second comparator, which second input is connected to output of frequency meter of channel which detects movement characteristics. Output of second comparator is connected to second input of third NOT gate. Output of third AND gate is connected to first input of eleventh gate which second input is connected to output of first decoder. Output of eleventh gate is connected to second input of first AND gate. Output of second NOT gate is connected to first input of twelfth gate which second input is connected to output of third decoder. Output of twelfth gate is connected to input of first light-emitting diode. Output of third decoder is also connected to input of second light-emitting diode. Input of third light-emitting diode is connected to output of second decoder. Second input of second AND gate is connected to output of zero indicator. Input of selective filter is connected to output of unit which generates drift along Y coordinate. Output of selective filter is connected to input of fourth voltage meter which output is connected to input of third delay line. Output of fourth voltage meter is connected to second input of fourth subtracter. Signal output and synchronization terminals of transmitting camera serve as outputs of device.
