FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: working part of body of transducer has lesser diameter than the rest of body. Sensitive element is placed inside body filled with electric insulation material. Sensitive element presents differential thermocouple incorporating three electrodes connected in series. Extreme electrode are made of one material, their junctions with intermediate electrode are spaced along length of body. At least one electrode is located in working part. Heater has cross-section which working part is less than the rest of body. Both junctions are positioned in the rest part of body. Heater is spaced by not less than six diameters of its working part from working part closest to face or working part of body at point of location of one of junctions has diameter bigger than the rest of working part of body or its is fitted with ribs. Sensitive element can also be manufactured in the form of two differential thermocouples which junctions are spaced apart over body of transducer. Differential thermocouples can be manufactured with one common extreme electrode and junction.
