FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves planting 10-12 day strawberry runners in pots; positioning pots in troughs or trough covers of upper stage of units; in each 4-6 days moving covers of troughs or troughs, except for lower trough, instead of adjacent troughs positioned closer to unit base; removing ready seedlings; providing air temperature within the range of 20-25 C at intensity of 0.9-1.0 kW/sq m in daytime and within the range of 16-18 C at night. Light sources are positioned outside hydroponic unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and increased yield. 4 cl, 1 dwg
