SUBSTANCE: metal casting in МНЛЗ provides for release of metal from ladle into metal collector through protection pipe with sealing of its lower part by dipping it in smelt of metal collector and also carrying waste gasses off through clearance between protection pipe and ladle by tangential gas streams. Zone of contact of protection pipe with ladle is placed in ring-type chamber, that is gas sealed with ladle and has ring-type clearance around pipe, and gas stream is formed tangentially to side wall inside the chamber.
