Said incising device 5 drive by drive element 54 has incising plate 6 reciprocating in guide 8 between idle and incising positions. In compliance with first version, drive element 54 is connected with basis element 53 of gearing 51 that moves basic element in circle across appropriate incising plate 6. In compliance with second version, guide 8 is inclined.
EFFECT: higher quality of incising.
