FIELD: intensification of inflow of hydrocarbons into well due to simultaneous reduction of oil viscosity in the bottom-hole formation zone and rock water saturation. SUBSTANCE: prior to heating the producing formation rocks, injected into the formation round the well is gas. Fringe is made with gas content in pores higher than the maximum possible value for its back filtration to well after rock heating in bottom hole formation zone. Rock saturation with water is reduced due to evaporation of water when gas passes through hot rock. Phase permeability for hydrocarbons rises. Concurrently with the latter, increased temperature of inflow oil results in reduction of its viscosity, and well productivity increases. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 12 cl, 12 dwg
