Device is provided with plates placed into grooves for movement along them, with supports with screws anchored on corresponding plates and with embracing elements arranged on proper plate in symmetry relative to support for movement and fixing. Each of basing elements is manufactured in the form of threaded bushing put on screw for translation with reference to support and angle piece made fast to bushing and meant for interaction with faces of corresponding wheels.
