FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gear has frame with hole where bracket is mounted for turn through 360 deg. Reading unit is placed on upper butt of bracket. Lower butt of bracket contacts axial bearing installed in hole of frame. Separable member for mounting of lower head of connecting rod has shape of ring with cone- shaped outer surface. Separable base on which base parts in the form of fingers which type and size depend on those of measured connecting rods is linked to frame.
