FIELD: devices for communication between travelling and stationary objects in underground railway tunnels. SUBSTANCE: combination cable comprises a central wire rope in an insulation sheath with optical fibers uniformly arranged over it. An internal elastic sheath of moisture- and air-proof material is fitted on sheathes. A plastic tube is fitted over the internal sheath. The cable has an internal electric conductor made in the form of a metal shield enclosed in an elastic sheath, and an external conductor in the form of a metal cylinder. The space between the conductors is filled with dielectric with a dielectric constant equal to or higher than 10. The external conductor may be made in the form of a cylinder with corrugated walls.
