SUBSTANCE: drive comprises motor 1 coupled to actuator 3 through shaft 2, the latter carries disc 4 placed in hermetically sealed conducting housing 5 secured on the base and filled with electroviscous fluid 6. A bushing is installed in housing 5 where electrode 7 is secured. The drive control system has setter 8 and rotational speed transmitter 9, error emitter, first amplifier 11, integrator 12 and second amplifier 13, series- connected comparator 14 and switch 15 controlled by it and used for reset of the integrator.
