FIELD: solid-state polymeric ion conductors; lithium rechargeable batteries, electrochemical devices, and sensors. SUBSTANCE: electrolyte has polymeric matrix and inorganic ionogen lithium salt. Polymeric matrix has polyacrylonitrile copolymer of mean molecular mass (0.5-1.2).105 containing more than 90 mass per cent of acrylonitrile components where acrylate or methacrylate components and also components of carbonic acids are used as copolymerization components with the following proportions of components, mol per cent: polyacrylonitrile copolymer, 83.3-66.7; inorganic ionogen lithium salt, 16.7-33.3. Method for producing solid lithium-conducting electrolyte involves dissolving polymer and inorganic lithium salt, obtaining mixture of these solutions, applying mixture to teflon substrate, followed by heat treatment at reduced pressure. Heat treatment is conducted in three stages: stage I - at temperature of 0-25 C and pressure of 1•103-4•103 Pa; stage II - at 0-25 C and 1-14 Pa; stage III - at 45-70 C and 1-14 Pa. Electrolyte obtained by this method has electric conductivity not worse that 10-4 Ohm-1•cm-1 at room temperature.
