FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electro chromic module containing first substrate, second substrate, where first and/or second substrates have conductivity or acquire conductivity owing to respectively first electrically conducting coating or second electrically conducting coating, coating based on electro chromic polymer applied on first substrate or first conductive coating, layer of accumulation of ions placed on second substrate or second conducting coating, and series-connected electrolyte, placed between electro chromic coating and layer of accumulation of ions. At that, said electro chromic polymer is substantially linear condensation polymer obtained from tetraarylbenzidine and (hetero)aromatic diol, and at regulation of voltage can reversible switch between more than two oxidation-recovery states. At that, said condensation polymer is colourless in one oxidation-reduction state and coloured in at least two redox conditions and electrolyte is electrolyte in form of polymer gel.

EFFECT: in presence of only one electro chromic material can be more than two colour conditions and at same time providing large number of switching cycles without considerable reduction of electro chromic properties, high electro chromic contrast and high electro chromic efficiency modules with effective kinetic switching.
