FIELD: heating appliances and methods of appliance adjustment for thermal culinary treatment of foodstuffs. SUBSTANCE: for effective automatic control of the required temperature automatic control curve is plotted in plane (temperature, variation of temperature in time). The automatic control curve divides the plane into two different surfaces. Full-power heating is accomplished until the curve is not attained. After the curve is crossed the heating power is reduced or cut off. After the temperature-sensitive element has detected in the phase diagram a transition on the other side of the automatic control curve, full-power heating is accomplished again or power is increased. The given invention is mainly used in control of the heating appliance. The device is used in particular in tables for thermal culinary treatment especially in induction tables for thermal culinary treatment. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 8 cl, 13 dwg
