FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenously administering antitumor preparations according to schemes based on 5- fluorouracyl. To increase antitumor effectiveness, external ductojugular bypass is made and 800.0-1000.0 of central lymph is daily taken and mixed with daily dose of chemotherapeutical preparations, thermostated at human body temperature and then the so obtained mixture is introduced into the bypass lumen repeating the procedure to reach course dose. Two-three weeks later the course is repeated. 3-4 courses having been effected, the treatment is carried out by using donor allogenic lymphocytes diluted with salt and plasma-substituting solutions in comparable volumes. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
