FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying radiation therapy first through a grid during 3 weeks at a dose of 30, 30 and 20 Gr per week, respectively. The treatment is continued after 2 weeks long pause beginning from two open fields during seventh and ninth weeks at a dose of 10, 10 and 8 Gr per week, respectively. Radiation therapeutic is given to patients with prolonged anamnesis and multiple regional metastases in combination with chemotherapy. Radiation is administered from 3 open fields during first, second , third, seventh, eighth, ninth weeks at a dose of 10.5 Gr per week with 3 weeks long pause. Cyclophosphane is administered concurrently at a dose of 1200 mg at the first day of the first week and 800 mg at the first day of the third week and at the first day of seventh, eighth, ninth weeks at a dose of 1000 mg. Vincristin is administered at the second day of first, second , third, seventh, eighth, ninth weeks at a dose of 30 mg with 3 weeks long pause.
