FIELD: oncology; pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: lymph incubated with chemopreparations is administered to patient intravenously so that, instead of autolymph, donor lymph belonging to the same group is used. Method is used for treatment of non-fine-cellular pulmonary cancer with chemotherapeutical preparations in situations when patients deprived of lymph intake because of cancer metastases into lymph nodes in zone of thoracic lymphatic duct or because of its obstruction due to anatomic peculiarities, i.e. when thoracic duct is in the form of plurality of branches, are treated by administration of donor lymph belonging to the same group. EFFECT: higher efficiency; prolonged duration of recidiveless period; prolonged life time for patients. 1 tbl
