FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing paracentesis of the Turkish saddle with transnasal transsphenoidal access introducing the needle along the sagittal line of the Turkish saddle bottom to reach the boundary of the tissue to be subject destruction in the direction of its center. Light guide is introduced into the needle and laser radiation exposure is carried out with 1.06 mcm wave length 1.0 W power during 60 s. EFFECT: more complete destruction of tissues to be removed.
