FIELD: food-stuffing and milk industries, medicine and other branches of industries. SUBSTANCE: device has loading reservoir with taper portion and cover and mixing chamber with inlet and outlet passages. Taper portion of loading reservoir is provided with plug which is received by bush. Twin coaxial holes are provided in walls of hollow plug and bush, other twin holes are diametrically opposite to first ones. Located in taper portion is screw conveyer on whose shaft corrugated impeller is mounted. Impeller is arranged in mixing chamber having corrugated inner surface. Screw-shaped disk is secured to upper portion of shaft. Twin holes in hollow plug are made at angle to vertical axis. Fitted in inlet branch pipe is electric contact; second contact brought out of body of branch pipe is used for connecting indicator or other devices. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 9 cl, 8 dwg
