FIELD: preparation and agitation of solutions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus uses a vessel for solutions and a casing with a charging device and working member furnished with a drive and made in the form of a screw conveyer, with an impeller secured on its end, and a perforated disk in the bottom part. The apparatus uses a low-frequency pulse generator, coils and permanent magnets of opposite polarities. The coils are installed on the charging device and vessel and connected to the above generator, and the permanent magnets of opposite polarities are positioned on the impeller of the working member.
