FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for granulating fertilizers and can be used in the agricultural industry. Device contains a cylindrical container with nozzles output of the finished product and the supply of coolant through the nozzle. Tank is divided into a loading chamber with a screw and a drying chamber for granules with a classifier in the form of a grid and with a flat knife installed under the grid. Flat knife has a rotation drive with a speed controller and a pressure controller with a pressure sensor. Nozzles are made in the form of a tapering nozzle with helical grooves on the inside, and on the inner surface of the drying chamber of the granules are helical grooves of the opposite direction. Cylindrical tank is equipped with a lid, as well as a hollow shaft, on which a wind wheel with an impeller is mounted. In the hollow shaft there is a filtering element filled with an adsorbing substance. Cleaning device is installed at the nozzle of the coolant supply in front of the nozzles.

EFFECT: it ensures the maintenance of the specified constant energy consumption of the process of granulation of fertilizers during long-term operation with a standardized quality by the size of the granules of the finished product.
