FIELD: municipal engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame-type housing with end walls and rows of garbage containers arranged one above the other and fixed by fastening units. Each fastening unit has beam mounted on end walls along housing. Beam is provided with supporting transverse ribs having unfastened ends. Each garbage container upper part has projecting edges allowing container to be fixed on ribs of adjacent container. Containers are configured so that upper row of containers may be nested in empty containers of lower row of containers. Frame-type housing is formed as trailer and is provided with units fastened on end walls and adapted for lifting and lowering upper longitudinal beam with garbage containers.
