FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises independent modules for various types of collected garbage consisting in its underground zone of the holler and container for withdrawal of a crane and in its surface zone composed of a station incorporating inlet bin with tip-up cover to be used by definite users. Said system comprises means to open and close covers, safety devices with moving component leaning against hopper wall with container there inside and designed to automatically turn on withdrawing container to horizontal position to stop and hopper opening. Said system comprises also inlet bin opening and closing means, coupler attached to crane boom to automatically lift the bin and transfer it in emptying zone. Note that said coupled comprises horizontal beam and two vertical supports to be vertically driven by hydraulic cylinders. Every said support has outer component with gripper at its end, means for automatic attachment of container to crane with its fixed gripping means secured to container body on its every side and cutouts at top ends for engagement with support outer component.
