FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump engineering, namely to pumps with pneumatic reciprocating drive, and can be used for volumetric liquid supply in automatic mode with no external control. Unit comprises a plunger pump, a pneumatic cylinder consisting of a housing in the form of a sleeve, on the ends of which there are gas supply and discharge channels, and a piston installed in said sleeve forming two working pneumatic cavities, pneumatic distributor, cavities of which are connected to corresponding cavities of pneumatic cylinder by means of corresponding lines. Pneumatic cylinder piston is mechanically connected with pump plunger. Plunger pump, the pneumatic cylinder and the pneumatic distributor are arranged coaxially and made in one-piece design. Pneumatic distributor controlling operation of pneumatic cylinder is made in the form of stepped plunger arranged in seat with system of holes, with possibility of automatic switching of gas supply alternately into working cavities of pneumatic cylinder. Working chamber of pneumatic cylinder communicates with closed working chamber of pneumatic distributor via hole in pneumatic cylinder rod. Pneumatic distributor housing has gas inlet and drain holes and bypass openings. In the gas supply line to the pneumatic cylinder there is additionally installed a valve regulating volume flow rate of gas in the cavity of the pneumatic cylinder.
