FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: vessel consists of high-pressure outer tank 1 and inner tank 2 rigidly interconnected through necks 3 and 4. The top part of outer high- pressure tank 1 is provided with a control device made up as casting 5 with inner cylindrical bore 6 wherein piston 7 is received. The piston is kinematically coupled with adjusting screw 8 via reverse spring 9 and stop 10. Piston 7 has inner axial passageway 11 provided with radial openings 12 uniformly arranged on its cylindrical surface over periphery. The openings abut against axial passageway 11. The face side of piston 7 is provided with projection 13 whereon reverse spring 9 is mounted. The end face part of the inner above-piston space of cylindrical bore 6 is connected to space 15 of inner tank 2 through passageway 14. The middle side part of inner cylindrical bore 6 is connected with space 18 through additional inner ring groove 16 and passageway 17 in housing 5. Space 18 is formed between walls of the inner tank and outer tank, i.e. space 18 of outer tank 1. Depending on position of piston 7 inside cylindrical bore 6, which is defined by the ratio between the pressure in the inner tank and outer tank, space 15 of inner vessel 2 can be periodically in communication with inner space 18 of tank 1.
