SUBSTANCE: upper part of high-pressure chamber 1 is designed as cylindrical extension 3 which comprises sensitive member which is designed as piston 4, which on one side is equipped with balancing spring 5 and regulation screw 6, which is mounted in cap 7. On another side piston 4 is equipped with fork 8 for mounting pulling rod 16. Bottom part of low-pressure chamber 2 is designed as cylinder 21 with 22 and inner cylindrical extension 23 which comprises unloading member and low-pressure sensitive element, which are designed as two respective kinematic-coupling pistons 24 and 25. Regulating stopping valve of high-pressure chamber 1 and low-pressure chamber 2 is designed as two sleeves 12 and 39 with radial holes 13 and 41.
