FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for nondestructive test of structural condition of material during process of manufacture and testing of parts of machines and samples. For test of energy condition there are used two electrodes mounted for reciprocating motion. This makes it possible to conduct simultaneous measurements on two different surfaces of part, one of them was subjected or is subjected to action and the other one is not.
