SUBSTANCE: emitter device has elongate through channel 2 with elongate regulating channel 3 of rectangular section with width a and two sequences of through pockets 4 positioned at each side of regulating channel 3 and open into this channel. Each through pocket 4 is defined by pair of adjacent sidewalls of pair of partitions positioned in succession. Each partition has sidewalls terminating in edge. Partitions of one sequence of partitions are directed to middle points of spaces between partitions of other sequence of partitions. Partition edges of each sequence of partitions are aligned to define one pair of opposite longitudinal sides of regulating channel 3 and other pair of longitudinal sides of regulating channel 3 is defined by first and second opposite walls of regulating channel 3. Mold for die casting of outlet device body has cavity and insert. Width of insert is equal to that of regulating channel 3. Mold is further provided with projections and cavities defining pockets and partitions of through channel of body 1.
