FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing laparotomy under general anesthesia to separate the hepaticocholedochus above the stricture. Jejunum loop is isolated from taking part in digestion process according to Braun method, beginning 50-60 cm distant from ligament of Treitz, and is taken to the upper part of the abdominal cavity. The end-to-side or side- to-side anastomosis is made on isolated intestinal loop above the stricture by means of hepaticocholedochus higher than the stricture as hepaticojejunoanastomosis. The abducting link of the isolated jejunum loop is side-to-side anastomosed with the superior horizontal branch of the duodenum. The adducting link of the isolated jejunum loop and the adducting link of the duodenojejunoanastomosis are closed by ligating the intestine with ligature or stitching with suturing apparatus and immersing the suture line with seroserous sutures. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring bile delivery into the duodenum; prevented postoperative complications. 1 dwg
