FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should isolate ducts being proximally against the stricture, dissect left hepatic duct, exclude small intestinal segment according to a certain technique, develop posterior, anterior labia of hepaticojejunoanastomosis with a single-row suture. Moreover, one should apply uninterrupred suture with separate ligature for each labium, apply either one or several drainage tubes into interlobar hepatic ducts, their total external diameter does not exceed the half of anastomosis' diameter, connect free ends of neighbouring pairs of ligatures together, withdraw distal ends of tube through terminal department of "blind" small-intestinal section. In peculiar case it is necessary to perform intraoperative correction of hermetic nature degree in anastomosis' sutures.
EFFECT: decreased number of failed anastomosis sutures.
