FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Proximal stump of hepaticocholedoch is externally drained with T-shaped tubular drainage. Drain tube short ends are installed into left and right lobar ducts, and long horizontal part is delivered to anterior abdominal wall. End-to-side inter-intestinal anastomosis according to Roux is formed. Isolated jejunal loop is placed in right subhepatic space and drained like suspended enterostoma with T-shaped drainage. Drainage of hepaticocholedoch stump and drainage of enterostoma are interconnected to make temporary bile return shunt.
EFFECT: method for provisional, up to 3 months, drainage with return of bile into intestine provides adequate patient preparation to reconstructive surgery, due to formation of wide, thick, and consistent hepaticocholedoch stump during this period.
