FIELD: pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing gelatin melt by mixing dry gelatin with distilled water, heating prepared mass to desired temperature and keeping to completion of hydrolysis process, cooling to desired temperature, stirring dry blood plasma with antibiotic and dissolution in distilled water, stirring prepared mass under cooling to desired temperature with gelatin melt to homogeneous state, cooling obtained mass to gel-like state, mass tanning and washing with water, milling, drying and grinding mass to powder-like state, package and sterilization. Tanned mass is washed in distilled water twice, preparation is dried at +90-200 C up to admissible residual moisture. Preparation is used in medicine against bleeding. EFFECT: accelerated method of preparing.
