FIELD: grinding of row materials in manufacture of building materials and production of articles from lime concretes. SUBSTANCE: mounted in trunnion inside drum is drive screw conveyer having hollow shaft through which fixed pipe is laid. One end of this pipe is connected with water supply pipe fitted with flow regulator and disperser-converter and compressed air pipe line. Outlet nozzle of pipe line reaches center of taper portion of armored lining of drum and is directed towards beginning of line in cylindrical portion of drum parallel to drum axis and passing to the left of axis at distance from it equal to half radius of drum when drum is revolving clockwise and to the right of axis when drum is revolving counterclockwise.
